Restore Hair is a first class operation. I've had three surgeries there with outstanding results. Dr. Harris is very forthright in describing what is and what is not possible with hair transplant surgery, which I appreciated very much. There is no pain during the transplant surgery and only minimal pain afterward (with FUE surgery) that I treated with Tylenol and ice packs. Would I recommend Restore? Absolutely yes!

Extremely pleased with start to finish with the entire process. My initial consult answered any and all questions regarding the procedure and gave me a good understanding of what result was possible. They were generous to give me a discount on the procedure because it is a significant investment, but there’s very good financing options if that’s a concern.

I'm one week in. The entire process was smooth, well orchestrated and much much easier than I had anticipated. The entire team were amazing. Great follow-up and response time. I'm looking forward to the results over the next several months.

Just got the procedure done last week. Not sure how good results will be yet. What I can say is the procedure itself was way easier and less boring than I thought. Only pain is when they are numbing .Not much. Not a lot post procedure . They are super professional and kept me entertained all day. Great staff and Adam Cloninger was excellent.

I cannot recommend them enough. Their main focus is to make sure that you have a great result. I was losing hair towards the front of my head, and the “new” hair looks natural and like it was my hairline from 20 years ago. I ended up needing some additional grafts because it didn’t fill in as much as I hoped, and after the year I took advantage of the “guaranty” they offer. I just got done with the second session and am really excited about the final product. Just a really great experience.

Restore Hair was great all the way through the process. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer questions. The actual procedure was extremely efficient, I joked with the surgical team they were like a well run pit crew. After many years of waiting and recently talking to my Dermatologist I decided to get a hair transplant. I chose the FUE method (Follicular Unit Extraction) and couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend going through Restore before any other hair restoration place. They were great from the consultation, surgery day and after. The Restore team in Plano checks up on you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy and that you have everything you need during post operation. They have options for non-surgical too but everything went great with my surgery and I saw real results.

The day of the procedure was perfect. The staff was very kind and very eager to answer any questions that I had. The atmosphere was very chill and even though my procedure lasted almost 10 hours, it seemed like a couple hours at max. 

I had approximately 5400 graphs over a three year period (3 sessions). Results are great and I can't imagine where my hairline would have gone over that time. My client advocate was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
