Samantha and the rest of the nurses did an amazing job during my procedure. They kept me comfortable and relaxed while answering all of my questions. It’s too early to see the results of my procedure but I’m excited for how it went. Dr. Ahmed went over the exact plan with me and was great to work with.

So far so good! It’s been a week since my procedure, so I’m on a long road! But I’m confident that eventually I will get to the result I’m hoping for.
They all did a really good job there; they did well in explaining everything to me beforehand and answering any questions I had to be prepared and informed for the hair transplant procedure; both before and after. I appreciated everyone at Restore and hope to update in due time with some of my more long term results!

My experience with the Restore Team for the procedure was great! Everyone was kind, informative and competent, from the doctors to the medical techs. They put you at ease and patiently answer your questions. The pain was less than I thought as well. Looking forward to a good result when my hair is fully grown out!

Only been a week post op but so far good and happy with it so far. Looking forward to seeing the results.

For one, it was so great to find a spot in the U.S. that we can get FUE.
Dr Roth was excellent, down to earth and professional. I didn’t get the whole head done and would absolutely let Dr Ross go to work in my call again. Even considering doing it as soon as next year.
PA Leslie and Tech Elisa did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and reaching out to me afterwards to check on my recovery. The procedure itself was run like clockwork. Everything turned out as they explained it would. As I followed the instructions I was given for the healing process, it really wasn’t that bad.
Lastly, thank you to Lyndon and Katie for helping steward the onboarding process. You were pleasant to work with from the rip.

During the consult they informed and shared things with me other places didn't, such as some companies dissecting follicles with multiple hairs into single hairs and implanting them as individuals, where as they used the 2, 3, 4 or 5 hair folicals as 1 transplant. Giving you essentially more hair where you want it. I don't know if the other places did or did not actually dissected theirs but the lack of mentioning it leads me to believe they did. It's seems like a great selling point to do it the way restore does. The staff treated me like family from the consult through recovery. I was surprised I never had any pain during recovery, 0. I'm currently on day 8 post procedure so I can't comment on the total results yet but I highly recommend you go to restore and get a consult. I think you anyone would make the same choice I did.
Oh and as far as costs. It was pretty much exactly the same everywhere with one difference. Restore doesn't shave your head to do the procedure. Others offered "No Shave" FUE but it added about 25% to the cost! In this way, it made Restore it much less expensive.

It’s been 7 days since my procedure at Restore hair and I had a great experience! Surgery and recovery process has been pretty easy so far. Looking forward to seeing the results!

Dr Marco and team at Charlotte office were great. They made sure I was comfortable all the time, I had breaks as and when needed, lunch was great. When people ask me how I felt, was I nervous, did it hurt? I don’t know about other places but with this team it felt no different than an 8 hour long haircut. No issues post op, pain management was great didn’t take a single pain pill that was prescribed. Recovery has been great and I have had two follow up calls in 7 days from their office. I had a procedure done about a week ago with Dr. Harris and his team/staff which included Derrick, Claudia, Jas, Ale and Keila. They were all very professional and welcoming. I came to Dr Harris in a bleak situation looking for solutions for a botched transplant. Dr. Harris greatly improved my donor, hairline, and scalp density and turned my hair situation around.
My hair looks great now, it was a great repair - they were kind to my donor (by utilizing entire donor instead of a square at back of head over two repairs), the hair directions are natural and nice, the units at the hair line are singles, no more bald spots or looking like I had a bad transplant, I'm very happy!
Thought they provide tremendous value and results, would recommend to anyone that is a good candidate.
