Educates physicians on patients with pattern hair loss and RESTORE’s minimally- invasive and noninvasive hair loss treatment modalities for appropriate hair loss patients, and build physician referral base for RESTORE.
Provides approved RESTORE marketing materials and information to the medical community
Facilitates appropriate interactions between medical community and RESTORE clinics
Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with physicians, clinical staff and office staff in targeted accounts
Establishes appropriate routing to meet required reach and frequency standards
Conducts weekly breakfast/lunch and learns in appropriate offices to maximize interaction time with physicians and staff
Identify dinner events, programs and other activities when appropriate, to maximize interaction between referring physician offices and RESTORE staff and to increase RESTORE visibility in the medical community
As needed, manages and attends community events through various venues in which RESTORE participates
Maintain and refine sales database for all contacts and activity within an assigned territory/clinic
Enter all daily sales activities into Sales Force CRM in real time when in the field
Generate appropriate reports on a regular basis to assist in the outline of short-term goals and the development of long-term business plans
Utilize and analyze sales reports to maximize territory management, and to optimize referral opportunities
Responsible for carrying out and operationalizing sales goals and metrics
Monitors opportunities, challenges and trends on a regular basis and makes necessary adjustments to meet goals
Works with RESTORE staff to address and resolve any customer service issues with referring medical offices
Continually stay abreast of regional/local competitors, and develop POA to sell effectively against competition. Relay pertinent competitive information to management.

Typical Experience & Education:
Critical: Organization- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales, calls, follow-up calls

Critical: Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent

Successful Business to Business Sales experience will be considered
Due to this success, we are searching for a Hair Restoration Technician to help clients look and feel great and regain their confidence. You will work hands-on in a quick paced environment while using a valuable technical skill in this highly rewarding field. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with no weekends.
Requirements and qualifications:
· HAIR restoration experience required (2 years min preferred)
· General and basic medical knowledge and understanding
· Experienced with an autoclave and maintaining a sterile environment

Due to this success, we are in search of a Staff Accountant. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and self-driven professional who is excited to make an impact and grow with the company. The Staff Accountant will engage in the month end close, general ledger internal controls and other reporting compliance. The Staff Accountant’s monthly tasks include bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable, journal entry preparation, variance analysis and account reconciliations.

Investigates and resolves reconciling items on assigned account reconciliations
General Ledger and Journal Entries
Bank and balance sheet reconciliation
Follows established accounting processes to ensure internal controls compliance
Supports other Accounting projects and initiatives as needed
Delivers various ad-hoc reports as needed
Preparation of monthly compilation of financial statements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5 plus years of solid accounting experience
Salesforce and Accounting Seed a plus, proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Ability to exercise critical thinking and solve problems
Strong team player with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
As an Entry Level Project Manager Coordinator, you will report into the Business Operations team. You will assist in the coordination of projects, timelines, and create schedules. You will be a strategic and critical thinker, and problem solver.
Coordinate project tasks as required.
Assist leadership with presentations, utilize spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other viable information and documents in the project management process.
Assist leadership in creating materials to train colleagues on any new procedures or process.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or a minimum of 3 years of experience within an operational project management role.
Proven track record using Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
Ability to collaborate within team environment and other departments.
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to problem to solve complex problems.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
