Customer Service Associate

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Educates physicians on patients with pattern hair loss and RESTORE’s minimally- invasive and noninvasive hair loss treatment modalities for appropriate hair loss patients, and build physician referral base for RESTORE.
  • Provides approved RESTORE marketing materials and information to the medical community
  • Facilitates appropriate interactions between medical community and RESTORE clinics
  • Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with physicians, clinical staff and office staff in targeted accounts
  • Establishes appropriate routing to meet required reach and frequency standards
  • Conducts weekly breakfast/lunch and learns in appropriate offices to maximize interaction time with physicians and staff
  • Identify dinner events, programs and other activities when appropriate, to maximize interaction between referring physician offices and RESTORE staff and to increase RESTORE visibility in the medical community
  • As needed, manages and attends community events through various venues in which RESTORE participates
  • Maintain and refine sales database for all contacts and activity within an assigned territory/clinic
  • Enter all daily sales activities into Sales Force CRM in real time when in the field
  • Generate appropriate reports on a regular basis to assist in the outline of short-term goals and the development of long-term business plans
  • Utilize and analyze sales reports to maximize territory management, and to optimize referral opportunities
  • Responsible for carrying out and operationalizing sales goals and metrics
  • Monitors opportunities, challenges and trends on a regular basis and makes necessary adjustments to meet goals
  • Works with RESTORE staff to address and resolve any customer service issues with referring medical offices
  • Continually stay abreast of regional/local competitors, and develop POA to sell effectively against competition. Relay pertinent competitive information to management.
  • Additional duties as required to achieve goals and/or as assigned by the Manager

Digital Strategy Manager Lead Generation – Direct Response

$85k/ year + bonus

As a result, RESTORE has become the nation’s largest and fastest growing hair restoration clinic.

Due to this success, we are in search of a qualified individual to fill the role of Digital Strategy Manager with experience in Lead Generation/ Direct Response.

To qualify for this position, a candidate must have significant experience in lead generation in a direct marketing/ direct response environment. Our digital budget is currently $350k/ yr, however we are aiming to double that budget within the next year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize lead gen campaigns in google paid search, display, youtube, and both paid/ unpaid social media.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) through a traditional lead funnel.
  • Manage and Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
  • Perform A/B testing of ads, keywords, creative, and offers.
  • Identify new strategies and social and digital channels to reach targeted audiences.
  • Execute overall strategies and tactical plans to build, grow, and nurture online communities.
  • Closely monitor social channels & review sites to ensure the company maintains a positive online reputation.
  • Generate compelling editorial content such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and podcasts to establish and broaden awareness of our brand.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and overseeing digital media buying. ($500k/ year +)
  • Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of social media, Google analytics, Google adwords, Bing and display marketing.
  • Understanding and experience with A/B testing of ads/ keywords/ creative/ offers.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a brand, with an understanding of a wide variety of online community platforms.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, to include but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a proactive worker with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workflow
