What are Finasteride / Propecia side effects?

Possible Propecia side effects are rare (less than 2% of patients) and can include: decreased sexual appetite, erectile dysfunction, decreased semen, lump and tenderness in the chest, pain in the testicles, and inability to urinate normally. Allergic reactions to the drug itself are extremely rare.
