Please note that your temperature will be taken upon arrival and you will be asked to take a COVID-19 test as part of the check in process.
As a reminder:
1. Please arrive without hair products in your hair
2. Please remember to eat breakfast before arriving
3. Please refrain from drinking alcohol the night before your procedure
4. You should have already stopped taking any anti-inflammatory medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, aleve, celebrex, naproxen, advil, etc.
5. You should have already stopped taking any anticoagulation medications such as Coumadin, Xarelto, Plavix, etc.
6. You should have already stopped taking any dietary supplements including (but not limited to) any vitamins, fish oil, etc.
7. If you have been prescribed a blood pressure medication by your PCP, please take your normal morning dose the morning of your procedure.
8. Please make sure to wear a button down shirt to your procedure.
9. Do NOT take any narcotics or sedatives (such as valium or xanax) on the morning of your procedure.
